Thank you for shopping with Velour Perfumes. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Decants are hand-filled to order, which occasionally adds a day during busy periods.

Shipping rates & delivery

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
A flat $5 shipping fee applies to U.S. orders under $75.
Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Important: aircraft & fragrance shipping

Fragrances contain alcohol and are shipped in compliance with carrier regulations, which may require ground transport. This can extend delivery times to some regions.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help resolve it. Glass atomizers are packed carefully, but please open your package over a soft surface.
