We want you to be confident in every order. Please read the following carefully, as fragrance is a personal-care product with special handling rules.

Decants

Because decants are hand-filled personal-care items, opened or used decants cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This is exactly why we offer small sizes — so you can test a scent affordably before committing to more.

Full bottles

Unopened, unused full bottles in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The cellophane/seal must be intact. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Wrong, damaged, or not-as-described items

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or something that isn't authentic or as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — our mistake, our cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or resolving the claim.

Email us via the Contact page with your order number and reason. Please don't send items back before contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be refundable.
